Hurricane Bob's Goumet Sauces are a great way to add taste and moisture to your next grilling event and an event it will be! You can use as a marinade or add to your favorite receipe to create your personal taste experience for the growing legione of fans in your back-yard. I'll add citrus juice to round out what ever I'm marinating to bring out the island taste when cooking on the grill!

What Force are you?

The Force 3 heat level is a nicer and friendlier way to enjoy cooking with fun, passion and some heat, that will have your milder palates screaming for more!

Force 5 heat level is an intense level of heat in your mouth, while keeping the flavor alive. For those that can stand the heat, Force 5 is hard to beat!

BBQ & Grilling Sauces

BBQ sauce, every chef has thier favorite, some from scratch and some doctored-up from a bottle. My BBQ sauce is a good basic tomato base with a kick, that will please your friends and family at your next outdoor grilling experience. If you want more heat, try adding one of my hotsauces. I recommend the cherry or mango, Force 3 or Force 5, go for it!

Dry Rubs

With my line of rubs/spice blends you can rub away all you want. By mixing and matching to your personal taste with my rubs, you will be honored as the "king of your backyard grill". Dry-rubs are a quick method of adding flavor to your menu and marinading, with my line of Gourmet Grilling Sauces, is a way for a longer, over-night taste enhancer to your grilling experience.

Salsas

My two salsas will provide you with an extremly large varity of reciepes that give the discrimenating chef the freedom that most rarely get to acheive. Black Bean & Corn are a popular on the cooking trail, for those that are heat sensitive this is my mildest offering and if it isn't hot enough, well kick it up with one of my hot sauces. Now, the Pineapple and habenero salsa is not for the faint of heart. The sweet of the pineapple jumps to the for- front at first, then the heat of the habenero will come roaring down your tounge and cause a sweat to break out somewhere.
